Are you a freak?

I run into this all of the time, and I'm also guilty of this when it comes to certain things I don't feel like asking or paying for.

I'm a huge fan of the Freakonomics books, and the basic premise behind the books is that things are not what they appear, especially when it comes to finance and economics.

Still need to read "Think Like a Freak" but their overall philosophy is one that I live by and how I approach finance.

Many, many people I see run into this problem - they don't know what they don't know.  In fact, the "smarter" they are, the more things they "think" they know.
