I - along with most people - am guilty of all of these things!

And it's hard not to be guilty of these.

You see what your neighbors or friends have.

You want to get the kids things - especially during the holidays.

And certainly don't want to "spoil" the innocence of youth with discussions about money!

I have done all of these things.  And I'm paying for it now.  But like many people, we feel like our money can be out of control because of what we see and think about money, other people, and how they like/feel/perceive us.

And  it's a hard cycle to break out of.
