I was introduced to a board game by someone in the family over a year ago. I had never heard of it, and it involved quite a bit of strategy. But to develop the strategy, I first had to understand the rules.
Well, in college planning, it's the same thing. In order to get into the college of your (your student's) choice and get a great aid package, you have to know the rules so you can "win"!
